Hormone Health Recommended Reading
All three of these books by John Lee M.D. and his
associates are essential reading for all women no matter
what age (and any man involved with a woman to
understand what is going on!) With the excess estrogens
in our food and water coming from growth hormones given
to livestock and xenoestrogens in plastics and used in
petrochemical fertilizers and pest control, the natural
balance of your body whether male or female is being put
at risk. Synthetic hormone replacement therapies are
causing cancer and strokes in women. Synthetic estrogen
and progestins (the pharmaceutical version of
progesterone) are not natural to the body and cause many
side effects. Keeping the natural balance between
estrogen and progesterone is essential for health. There
is a specific ratio between them that the body needs.
When estrogen dominance occurs, cancer can set in.
Progesterone is essential for carrying a child full term
and to balance hormones after the loss of a child.
However, it is important to know that too much
progesterone can also cause an imbalance in the body.
Saliva tests may help you determine what you need for
your correct balance. Work under the direction a good
holistic doctor.
Men also need progesterone (in smaller doses than women) to balance these excess estrogens. Estrogen imbalance in men can cause prostate cancer.
Please read at least one of these books, it may save your life.

PRODUCTS:
Please note: All hormone crèmes should be used in small amounts and not continuously used on one part of the body. Under high stress conditions the body may change the way hormones are being used, therefore a low stress lifestyle is very important to maintain good health. Balance is the key. I recommend you work with a good health care practitioner to help you regulate your hormones. |

- Balance Crème:
The best natural progesterone crème I have found to date (after testing many) is from Kokoro and is called “Balance Crème.” It is a progesterone crème made from Mexican Wild Yam and is recommended by John Lee M.D. as it has the correct strength. Many other crèmes have little active progesterone in them and may not have any real benefit as a result. Use in very small amounts, this is not a body lotion!
- Women’s Estro Herb Crème:
For women during menopause who may need a little extra estrogen when estrogen levels drop dramatically. This is a great remedy to stop hot flashes. Being a natural plant herbal extract it is gentler on the body than synthetic estrogens without the negative side effects. It can be used along with the progesterone crème. Use in small amounts.
- Men’s Crème:
For men’s prostate health. This contains lower dosages of progesterone specific to men’s needs and herbals specific to male health. Best used in very small amounts and not used continuously on one location as the tissues may become over saturated. As with all the other hormone crèmes it is best used under medical supervision. Too much of any hormone can cause an imbalance especially when used under stressful conditions. Again, balance is the key. Laugh, play and live long!
